Terms & Conditions

​1. Nature of the Services

MAJS Trading provides professional B2B services, including but not limited to:

* commercial intermediation in China
* supplier sourcing and verification
* factory audits
* production and quality control
* logistics and documentation coordination

The Company is not a manufacturer, seller, or owner of the goods supplied by third parties.

2. Contracting of Services

Services are contracted through written proposals, specific contracts, written acceptance, or issued invoices.
Acceptance of any of these implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

 3. Payments and Invoicing

* Services are invoiced in advance
* Payment is made exclusively by bank transfer
* Invoicing is issued in accordance with Chinese legislation
* Clients are responsible for their own tax and customs obligations

4. Limitation of Liability

MAJS Trading shall not be liable for:

* manufacturing defects
* supplier non-compliance
* commercial decisions made by the client
* logistics or customs delays
* indirect or consequential losses

In all cases, liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

 5. Applicable Law

All contractual relationships are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
